Finals Day
5 Stations, 8 Hours
We kick off at 6am to beat the heat and start with our first station which is our core discipline.
Teams will then select two additional stations (hill, beach, court or range) to complete before midday.
Finally, we hit the pools after a lunch break, rotating between ice bath challenges, surf yoga and underwater performance obstacle courses.
